The Punisher returns to Mexico for another round of justice. Punisher find himself across the border this time in search of a doctor. His crime? He assisted a drug lord in continuously reviving a DEA agent in order to endless torture him to death. But kidnapping a doctor and having his fate decided by the dead DEA agent's widow is easier said than done. Mexican drug lord Hector Balboa and his henchmen stand between Frank and his idea of justice.
